I have Tomtom in my Renault Megan.  After receiving a letter from Renault I attempted to update my SD card.  However, a prompt keeps coming up saying that my card is write protected and that I must remove it. Please note it is write protected not locked (slide on the side of the card).  Is there a way to remove the write protection.

SD cards are only used in mobiles to support the memory because sometime mobile memory is not enough to store data. More instance best dissertation writing service share a difference between SD card and computer card.

The write protection has happened to me on both an SD card and a stick. The card does have a slider, and that is turned off. The USB stick does not appear to have a write protect option. Both appear to have the write protect set after downloading R-Link 2 updates.

This has meant that I can’t alter the music files on either. Not happy. with Renault at the moment especially as they don’t have any weekend support cover.
