Im trying to do a R-LINK software update and after transferring the file onto a USB stick and inserting into the cars USB port,I’ve found out that the USB port is not connecting to any USB devices I try to connect. so therefore im unable to complete the update….any advice would be appreciated thanks.

Hello, sorry to hear about your troubles. First of all, I would suggest that you install the driver (the CD that comes with the printer or grab the driver’s online lift maintenance company next I would suggest you do what Abby suggests.

The USB format should be FAT32. Is this correct? (Right click USB and select “Properties”). Have you tried re-installing R-Link2?
